General Rent Conditions Agency Sole

1. BOOKING:  The booking is to understand definitively confirmed only by reception of the contract that Agency Sole will send soon after receiving the deposit. Agency Sole reserves itself to refuse the accounts which arrive beyond 15 days after the date in which the flat has been placed at the guest's disposal.

2. PAYMENT: 30% of the rent is to be paid as deposit directly to the local Agency Sole, by international postal order or through Bank money transfer. The settlement of the rent, together with the extra charges must be paid by the arrival, contextually to the collection of the keys.

3. CANCELLATION: In any case of holiday's renunciation, the client will not lose his already paid deposit: for refusals communicated at least 4 weeks before the holiday's beginning, he will get a credit of the whole paid amount, valid for the current or the following season in one of our structures.

4. ARRIVAL: The arrival must occur on the fixed day between 4 and 8 o'clock p.m. (mind summer time). In case of delay the guest is kindly requested to inform in time the local Agency Sole, otherwise that flat will be kept free just for another day after which it can be rented again with the consequences for the guest written above (point 3). At the arrival the identification papers of all the people who will occupy the flat must be shown.

5. STAY'S CONDITIONS: It's forbidden to give hospitality to more people than allowed by the number of beds indicated in our offer. As far as this is concerned, children are considered as adults. Agency Sole can anyway allow, on request, to put up one more person, on payment of a surcharge. Domestic animals can be brought only if allowed by the agency in conformity to the regulation of each house. The use of  stove or own electric heater is not allowed. All the guests are obliged to comply with the regulation of each building and particulary to observe the common rules relative to quiet, above all in the afternoon and at night.

6. EQUIPMENT OF THE FLATS: All our flats are completely furnished and equipped with stove or gasrange, warm and cold running water, electricity at 220 volts. The service for the replacement of the empty gas bottle is free and it takes place from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 12:30 a.m. and from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. On Saturday the service is only from 9:30 to 12:30 a.m. A blanket and a pillow is available for each bed. The guest has to bring just the sheets, table and bath towels. On request it's possible to hire sheets and pillowcases on spot.

The parking is suitable for normal-size cars. No place will be guaranteed for minivans.

7. DEPARTURE: The flats must be left within 10:00 o'clock in the morning of the fixed day. Departure has to occur during office hours so that our staff can check the cleanness and preservation of the flat itself. Agency Sole, on request, can allow the departure by night and beyond office hours. The flat has to be left tidy, free from garbage, with the kitchenware washed and the refrigerator empty, otherwise the guest will be charged of the amount of the cleaning.

8. CAUTION MONEY: The customer undertakes to have the utmost care of the flat and the household appliances. Claims for what regards the state of the flat and the inventory will be accepted only in the 24 hours after arrival. Any breakages or damage will have to be refunded as per price list. To guarantee the dirigent observance and respect of the above and the commitment to leave the flat in order, the Agency may request a deposit of € 100,00. This deposit will be reimbursed after having checked out the condition of the flat.

9. LIABILITIES OFTHE AGENCY: Agency Sole acts only as an intermediary between the guest and the owner of the flat. No liability can be imputed to her for breakage, losses, delays, thefts and inconveniences in general that should occur in the flat. The Agency will lend anyway its service to help and solve problems. Any request of compensation for damage is to be addressed to the owner of the flat, through the agency. In case of natural disasters Agenzia Sole is not responsible for damages to any person and property.

10. The Agency Sole reserves itself the right, in case of necessity or emergency, to substitute an apartment with another one having about the same standards.

11. On reservation the guest accepts the above mentioned conditions.

12. The agency's staff is authorized to enter the apartment even the absence of the guest.

Opening hours:

Summer: every day from 9:00 to 12:30 a.m. and from 15:30 to 19:30 p.m.

Winter:   every day from 9:00 to 12:30 a.m. and from 15:00 to 18:30 p.m.


The use of air conditioning must be agreed with the agency and it will be charge extra.
